“Bihun Baso Tennis Kuah” – A Bowl Full of Memories 🍜🇮🇩

Sitting here slurping this legendary bihun baso tennis kuah for my early dinner - savory broth hugging those soft rice noodles, generous chunks of meatball the size of tennis balls (yes, tennis balls!), and that unmistakable aroma of garlic oil and spices dancing in the air…

It hits different. Not just in taste, but in memory.

Growing up surrounded by the best food in the world—from warung stalls to pasar malam delights—Indonesia has a way of making every bite feel like home. 🏡✨ Whether it’s nasi padang, sate madura, or this humble bowl of bihun baso, each dish tells a story. And right now, this one’s telling me “selamat makan, ingat rumah.”

This is not on our menu yet, just sharing our dinner at the Chef’s home.
