We got a late start today and we’re definitely feeling it. 😅

We didn’t make it to the restaurant until just a few hours ago. Earlier today, we had to split up to serve lunch at two different locations, and by the time we finished, we were both exhausted. So yes… a nap happened first. 😂

When we first got the keys, we had a professional cleaning team come in for the initial deep clean. But getting a restaurant truly ready, especially before inspections, it takes SO much more.

And what you’re seeing in this video? This isn’t even the whole kitchen. Not even close. 😅

This is just ONE corner.

He has already been working on this wok area for about an hour, and tonight he decided to focus on this one section, scrubbing, cleaning, and getting every little area as ready as we can.

There is still an entire kitchen waiting for us. 😂

These are the behind the scenes moments you don’t always see: serving customers during the day, then coming here at night to clean, organize, fix things, and prepare for inspections.

But we keep doing it because we truly LOVE serving you. ❤️

🏠 Restaurant Opening Update — We Keep Moving Forward!

Things are moving, one step at a time! 🙏

We’re currently waiting for our assigned health inspector to return to the office so we can move forward with our health inspection. Once that is completed, we can proceed with the fire inspection.

In the meantime, our Ansul system and fire extinguisher certifications are scheduled. ✅

We know many of you are excited and asking about our opening date. ❤️ We haven’t set a soft opening date yet, as we want to make sure everything is completed properly and meets all City of Plano requirements.

Thank you for continuing to follow and support our journey. We’re getting closer!

🏠 Restaurant Opening Update — We Keep Moving Forward!

Things are moving, one step at a time! 🙏

Almost 2 AM… and we’re still going.

Today’s focus was deep cleaning the bathrooms and air ducts. The kitchen area is still a work in progress, but little by little, everything is coming together.

We’re especially thankful for our decor team. They’ve spent a couple of nights with us this past week, helping us plan, arrange, and bring our vision for this space to life. We appreciate y’all! 🙏

Still lots to do, but grateful for every bit of progress and every helping hand along the way.
