Our signature Indonesian grilled chicken leg quarter served with steamed rice, pickled vegetables (acar), and Telor Balado, a hard-boiled egg coated in a rich and spicy Indonesian chili sauce.

Wok-fried flat rice noodles with shrimp, eggs, bean sprouts, and vegetables, tossed in our signature savory Medan-style seasoning for an authentic street food experience.

A huge thank you to everyone who placed an order and stopped by Friday evening for pickup. We truly appreciate your support of our small business and love seeing familiar faces and meeting new customers.

We hope you enjoyed your Kwetiaw Medan as much as we enjoyed preparing it for you! 🍜
It was a nice treat for us to taste the new flavors from Sugar Pine Creamery while we delivered the food. You don’t want to miss these flavors !
Our favorite were Choco Cheese Banana & Pandan Coconut.

Our Nasi Bungkus sold out during last Friday’s preorder, so we didn’t get any for ourselves. In addition, some people did not get to see our open order till it was too late. Because of that, it looks like we’ll need to open another preorder this Friday!

Another hearty homemade dinner at the head chef’s tonight!

Nothing fancy—just a comforting wok of Cap Cay Cah, a classic Indonesian-style stir-fried vegetable dish loaded with shrimp, tofu, mushrooms, carrots, and fresh bok choy. Light, flavorful, and packed with wholesome ingredients, it’s one of those meals that brings everyone to the table.

Simple ingredients, fresh vegetables, and a little love from the kitchen—that’s what home cooking is all about.

One of our favorite meals around the house tonight!

Simple, comforting, and packed with flavor — stir-fried bean sprouts with tofu, paired with crispy chicken katsu. The fresh crunch of the vegetables and the crispy, juicy chicken make this one of those dinners we never get tired of.

As a chef and food truck owner, it’s funny how sometimes the meals we enjoy most at home are the simplest ones.
