We've been receiving lots of questions about our half assed broadcasts, and I'd like to clear the air with some answers.

- Shut up, baby. I love you too.
- I think Cole should see a psychiatrist too.
- We can be found on iTunes, Spotify, the Apple Podcasts app, and Soundcloud.
- We upload weekly, and they're pretty good if you want to mess around on your phone in a depressive state for a few hours on a weekend before mustering the courage to leave the bed, take a shower and face the grocery store. I guarantee one belly laugh per episode.
- You can leave it on in the background while you stalk old acquaintances on Facebook.

Cole & Keith give Keith another anxiety attack in the first 11 minutes. It's super listenable, I promise. Good, even.
