All my life I’ve struggled with ADHD. When I was a kid, I was a guinea pig for doctors to find the right prescription. I felt alone withdrawn and depressed. No one seem to ever really understand what I was going through. The meds helped

me focus but they altered my personality. I’m still using the prescriptions for ADHD but now I’m on medication for anxiety and depression. I was even more so NOT MYSELF! Three years ago, I decided enough was enough. I stopped with the prescription medications. It was really hard, but I did it! Here recently, I was introduced to two amazing people by a friend that I respect the hell out of. They have faced the same struggles as me and have a passion to find alternatives to prescription meds. With all that said, I would like to share with all of you that I have partnered with the mental wellness company. As a part of my mission to support my passion and help other families (kids and adults) to find holistic alternatives to prescription medication‘s. Helping others is something very important to me.
