The Whip in Erika’s Lenormand can mean Arguments, Discipline, Repetition, Writing, Sports, or even S*x. 🏉📝✒️

This card is traditionally the card for arguments and unkind words. In general it is a card of discipline, particularly the kind we are meant to exercise over ourselves.

In this deck, the Whip is accompanied by cream roses, the flowers of careful attention and thoughtfulness. Because a whip is generally swung over and over again, in a way that is practically rhythmical, it is the card for repetition, for practice.

It is the card of the writer, the athlete, and anyone who has a particular goal in mind as well as an understanding that simply wishing will not be enough.
