TL;DR Did a 75 day challenge, completed the 75 day challenge, I feel amazing.
Yesterday my buddy Mitchell and I finished the 75 hard challenge and I couldn’t be happier that we did it. Before we started I never thought I could do a challenge like this or get into this kind of shape. But after a couple….rough nights of drinking it seemed like a good thing to at least try. The first couple weeks were hard but after getting through the initial pain I started to really enjoy myself. My head was clearer, I had better focus, I felt more comfortable with myself, and I just felt overall happier. I went from an almost 20% body fat down to ~13%. I thought after this challenge I’d go back to how I was living before but now I can’t imagine continuing to eat and drink the way I was before. I’m excited to continue my fitness journey and looking forward to improving myself more in the future. S/o to for some great gym tips, as well as him and Hunter for being great gym buddies. Oh, the reason for random pup photos is they were always up my ass when I was taking the daily photo and these were my favorite cameos from the girls. The last thing I have to say is this. I used to see people getting in shape and people talking about not having the time, not having the money, and other excuses I felt the same way too, but at some point you have to stop making excuses and and just send it. Adjusting can be difficult but once you get in the groove and make it a habit it’ll change your life. I learned this doesn’t just apply to health, but relationships, learning, work, and life in general.
