I smiled when I looked over and saw two issues of Collierville Living Magazine sitting in the waiting room at Southern Orthodontic Specialists while my daughter was getting her braces tightened. It was a great reminder of one of the biggest advantages of print. A digital ad disappears the moment someone scrolls past it. A community magazine keeps working month after month. It sits on coffee tables, kitchen counters, waiting rooms, doctors’ offices, banks, automotive shops, salons, and businesses across town, ready for the next person to pick it up. One copy is rarely read by just one person. It gets passed around, picked up again, and stays in circulation long after it arrives in the mailbox. Thank you to all of the local businesses that keep Collierville Living Magazine on display for their customers and guests. Every waiting room creates another opportunity for someone to discover a local family, connect with a trusted local business, or find a service they may need. Print still works, and its long shelf life is one of the reasons it continues to deliver value month after month.

When I get started in the morning, I see things like this on my desk and feel grateful. Those awards and handwritten notes did not happen overnight. They came from years of knocking on doors, meeting business owners, helping local businesses share their stories, and doing everything possible to take care of people the right way. When you focus on doing good work and treating people well, recognition has a way of finding you over time. A simple thank-you note can mean more than any award because it reminds you that something you worked hard on actually helped someone else succeed. Hard work does pay off, even if it takes time, so keep doing your best and keep showing up for people. That idea is exactly what Collierville Living Magazine is about. We help great local businesses connect with neighbors who want to support them, and we love seeing our advertisers succeed in the communities they serve. I just had my car professionally detailed by Hometown Auto & Detail, and they did such a tremendous job. I got the Graphene Ceramic coating which is their top-end sealant, good for 5+ years! I’ve never seen so much passion from this group of guys. Highly recommended!
