Want to Catch a Recruiter's Eye on LinkedIn? Here's How to Do It Right

Engaging with recruiters on LinkedIn can open doors—but how you do it matters. Here are a few tips to make your outreach meaningful and professional:

✅ Be Clear & Concise
When reaching out, briefly introduce yourself, mention the role you're interested in, and highlight one or two relevant qualifications.

✅ Use InMail for Personal Questions
If your message includes personal details (e.g., relocation, salary expectations), consider using InMail or a private message instead of public comments.

✅ Avoid “I’m Interested” Comments
Simply commenting “I’m interested” on a job post isn’t enough. Instead, apply directly and follow up with a thoughtful message that shows why you're a fit.

✅ Keep It Professional
