It started with an idea.
I created Angela Brooks and her son Malik, developed their appearances, established their wardrobe, and brought them together in a scene that tells a story bigger than the visuals.
THE WAY BACK is about a young man caught between the temptation of fast money and the mother who refuses to give up on him.
💰 The streets offered him money.
❤️ His mother reminded him who he was.
From character creation to the final cinematic scene, my goal is to create more than something that looks like a movie. I want to tell stories that make people think, feel, and reflect on the choices they make.
