Our first local lefse baking season filled us with gratitude. It was heartwarming to hear everyone’s stories during pick ups. From excitement to try something new, to bringing grandma’s, aunt’s or father’s nostalgic tradition back to your table this Christmas.

🚨 Lefse For Sale! 🚨 We are ready to make our lefse fans happy and will be heading to town soon for pick ups. LOOK! We whipped up some extra goodies!
Holiday snacks in a to-go bag $5.00 (variety).
Banana Bread $5.00 (small loaf pan).
Lefse $10.00 per package.

Whether it’s a Christmas wish⭐️ or a seasonal craving😋, we are ready to roll! Not all heroes wear capes!
🫓We will be making Lefse Saturday 12/20 & Sunday 12/21. Pre orders are suggested so we can cook for everyone’s needs.

🚙 We will have pick up opportunities Sunday 12/21 at 11:00am-1:00?pm.
Tuesday 12/24 at 4:30pm-6:30?pm both at Hugo’s in Park Rapids.

🚗 Individual pick up options in the Park Rapids to Wadena area will depend on our work schedules* (send a message!).

💵 $10.00 per bag of 6 rounds. Cash sales.

🥔 Our lefse is made with whole potatoes (peeled-boiled & riced), cream, flour, sugar and salt.
