I’d like to Congratulate everyone on taking that leap and starting your own business.

The first and hardest step is
starting so 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 I’m super proud of all of us!!

Remember to:

🌿 Worry not, allow your creativity to flow naturally

🌿Follow your bliss and create the business you would personally enjoy

🌿This is how you will attract people who are like minded

🌿Naturally you will gravitate to those who resonate with you and your work

A bit of Statistics, small business may have the potential of failing after the first year

This is due to 4 key components:
1) Finance Obstacles - Small Businesses may fail due to a lack of funding.
This includes funding payroll, paying overhead expenses, rent, and utilities.

As well as making sure all employees are paid on time.

Due to the strict organizational expectations a business requires, many owner(s) may become less aware of how much revenue is being produced by sales.

Which can unfortunately lead their small business to fail

2) Insufficient Management - Due to the motion and organization of running a small business, the owner(s) typically are head of all major responsibilities.

Although they have amazing ideas for their business, they have a multitude of tasks to get through first.

Leaving them with little time to manage their products online for promotion.
It can become easier for small tasks to slip through the cracks, leaving one thing to pile over another.

3) Lacking Business Planning - Before launching a business it is important to have a clear business plan

Brainstorm a plan B, to be safe

Why did I decide to become a Virtual Assistant? I had brainstormed about becoming a VA for a while before deciding to take that leap. I did my research to understand the VA community, what I should be posting and how often, what I’d like to personally post and what I’d encouraged by. As well as learning how to wholesomely connect with others. I am currently still learning everyday, open minded for all the newest ways to stay connected and informed. I am excited to create content for All my fellow VA’s and Creatives. Everyone is Always Welcome on my Account ✨✨ My goal as a Virtual Assistant is to create more positivity, encourage self care, and self motivation into the platform to promote genuine self growth. Make a list for yourself ✨ What brings you happiness, that you’d like to see more of in your daily life? Spending time outside, with my dog has been my favorite thing lately. Going on walks with him and just enjoying the outside, truly brings peace and tranquility to my heart. I’d love for you to be good to yourself and spend more time doing the things you love.
