They already have the firm picked out that guarantees results.

Recently the teachers union is pushing for a 12% raise and the Grassroots Democrat School Board is happy to make this happen despite administration balancing the budget every year without a referendum.

Meanwhile, Education Assistants will still work more hours for poverty wages averaging only $25,000/year. The union demand is that teachers will average $84,634 for 9 months of work!

🦟 Every Accusation is an Admission 🦟 For years Grassroots Menomonee Falls area has made untrue claims that WisRed, WILL, County GOP or Moms For Liberty was writing policy/resolutions and magically operating every decision for every elected official.

Well.. Grassroots has written an insane policy, put it on their website, presented it at the last school board meeting, will force your representatives to adopt or they will never stop their temper tantrum.

The policy creates a huge government bureaucracy on top of already existing long-term policies that have been upheald by the Department of Education.

All because a few wackjobs in town want to groom children into their anti-family agenda.

🦟 Get Ready for HIGHER Taxes 🦟 On June 11th the teachers union sent out another email to all SDMF staff confirming that they are working directly with your Democrat controlled school board.

From previous emails both of their intentions is massive raises for select educators. Meanwhile, despite direct recommendations from the actual professionals at the school district, Educational Assistants will receive nothing.

EAs on average earn $25,000/year which is poverty level yet produce the same or more amount of work. In contrast the current average salary for a teacher is $70,845/year. The union and school board are pushing for that to be $84,000/year.

Teachers receive 3 months off in the summer and lavish paid benefits while EAs are forced to pay hundreds into health care while not being able to afford simple human needs like food.

Summer tanned teachers constantly complain about not having enough assistance but lobby for more pieces of the pie. They are so rich - affording union representation and buying elections is a drop in the bucket.

Hallie Newman Kohl Schmeling is on the union payroll, the elected Grassroots school board president and attending closed union-district negotiating meetings.

You can't make this up.

🦟 P**o Politics in the Classroom 🦟 Yesterday we informed about a radical 7th grade social studies teacher displaying hateful messaging on their vehicle. The Democrats only defense was it was in the school parking lot and by no means does the teacher's insanity reach into the classroom.

Today, we are showing exactly how the Democrats are indoctrinating children inside the public classroom right here at Menomonee Falls High School.

Seven teachers graffitied your doors with harmful propaganda forcing all students that walk past or enter their classroom to consume. The messaging includes how a boy can magically take dangerous drugs to become a girl, adult men being attracted to teenage girls, men entering girls bathrooms and locker rooms, rubber/latex fe**sh and even leather subculture.

This is insanity and you paid for it.
