I'm a recovered people pleaser. I FINALLY woke up and realized that I don't have to be "nice." I'm a good person. And, I have firm boundaries, now. I no longer care about being liked. I don't tolerate disrespect. And, I'm no longer willing to give others what they want - at my expense. If that make me "mean" I'm okay with it.
