April 2026 - Filmed and edited for LEAD Brevard & Endeavour Elementary. Being a Certified UCF Community Partnership School – Endeavour Elementary is one of only five schools in our State to have met the rigorous requirements for certification.

In the community partnership model, core partners
come together to meet the overall needs of the community.

• Core partners include: Brevard Public Schools, University of Central Florida, Eastern Florida State College, Brevard Health Alliance, City of Cocoa and the Children’s Home Society.

• Only School in Brevard with a Brevard Health Alliance Pediatric Clinic onsite providing medical and
dental services.

Academic Excellence
• 2023-24 Endeavour had its highest test scores in 15
years!

• 2023-24 Endeavour increased our overall school grade by
101 points, earning a letter grade of a “C”.

• Over 65% of Endeavour’s students in the bottom quartile
made learning gains in reading and math for the 2023-24
school year.

• In 2024, Endeavour was one of only 5 schools chosen
throughout the state to receive a $50,000 grant from
FPL to improve our STEM lab.

Filmed on location at the Kennedy Space Center Visitors complex and screened in the same location at the event.

September 2024 - The Waterway Warriors Barrel Program

Waterway Warriors started in 2020 with group cleanups. They soon noticed the volume of trash that would accumulate before they had their next cleanup. The group decided to try implementing a barrel program where they would have trash receptacles at the more frequented areas along our waterways.

They now have years of data proving that each barrel is responsible for approximately 2,500 pounds of trash a year.

Aside from keeping trash out of our lagoon, this provides a visual effect showing how clean and beautiful our areas are, which is good for tourism.
It's also exhibiting a sense of pride and community in the area that we live in.
