Call For Authors
Moxie-Books.com is putting together an anthology and I’m reaching out to authors.
The idea is simple: 15 authors get the same premise and each write a unique short story. There’s no money involved — just write your story and mention the anthology in your newsletter once it’s live.

Anthology Submission Guidelines & Agreement
Thank you for bringing your unique voice to this project! To ensure everyone is on the same page, please review the final requirements, commitments, and rights outlined below.
Submission Requirements
Word Count: 3,000 – 5,000 words.
Submission Deadline: August 1st, 2026.
Author Commitment
By participating in this anthology, you agree to:
Write and submit an original story based on the provided premise.
Cross-promote the anthology upon its release by mentioning it in your author newsletter and on your social media channels.
Rights & Ownership
We believe in supporting author autonomy. Our rights agreement is straightforward:
Your Ownership: You retain 100% ownership of your story.
Our Rights: You grant Moxie-Books the non-exclusive permission to publish, distribute, and market your story specifically as part of this anthology.
Your Freedom: Because these rights are non-exclusive, you are completely free to publish, sell, or distribute your story by any other means whenever you choose.
