Andddddd we are back; today was demolition day and man do I have anxiety 😟

They took out all the wet drywall, insulation, the upstairs cabinets and sink and now we do an ultra dry and hopefully it’s ready to be sanded and repaired tomorrow!!

Anyyyy whoooo… it’s gonna get crazy here in the next couple weeks and we have to keep these on all night so ain’t nobody gonna get any sleep around here, sounds like 2, 747 turbines are blasting; We’ll keep you all up to date with what’s going on with the destruction/ repairs of our homestead from the rain damage!!

This was so easy and the whole family loved it!! Yeah we could have went to and just got their delicious version of it, but where’s the fun in that ?!?!

Sooo instead we brought the Tacobell skills home and made it ourselves; grabbed some T-bell mild and ranchero sauces for added effect and some Old ElPaso cheesy Mexican rice (we didn’t see any rice from Tacobell unfortunately).

The queso was the bell of the ball and very easy to make: over medium heat combine 👇
- 1 can of condensed milk
- couple cubes of
- small can of green chilis (should have used a large can)
- half a pack pepper jack cheeseAssemble and enjoy!!
