While living in Miami, she was immersed in a vibrant world of music, fashion, and creativity, all of which shine through in her work. Monika thinks in pictures, skillfully capturing the individuality and style of her subjects. She has worked on commission for numerous magazines, press agencies, private and business clients, as well as for humanitarian and charitable organizations. Her work has been featured in art shows and private collections across various cities. Her photography book "ERICEIRA", published in 2017 by MARdeLETRAS, Portugal, is available online and in major bookstores across the country. Monika’s work continues to reach audiences worldwide. In 2022, Monika expanded her creative mission by launching mobile photography workshops for both private and business clients. Her in-person and online classes have since attracted over 100 participants from around the world, empowering them to elevate their visual storytelling using just their smartphones.
