victoria_mlfmommy It’s so sad and exhausting! As a mom and daughter, we feel like no matter what we say or do, no one ever really takes us seriously… why!?
It’s exhausting having to prove over and over that we have hearts, real emotions, and depth when most only see a perfect little feed to scroll through.
Everyone thinks they know us—know their favorite mom and daughter duo—but hardly anyone tries to understand what’s behind the smiles we show.
For us, It’s like just being on these platforms is enough for people to see us as pretty images, not as real people. 💔
We’re not just videos, cute stories, or little private messages in the DMs.
We have thoughts, doubts, fears, and scars that don’t make it into the highlight reel. We wish people would listen to what we actually have to say, not just look at the polished version we choose to post. 💔
We laugh a lot on here, pose together, act like everything’s sunshine… but behind it all, we often feel so lonely.
We just wish someone would really see us— like we really are! a 47-years-old mother and a 19-years-old daughter…
