2007: She played his Aunt May. 2026: They still sit together like family.

If you were a teenager in the 70s, this poster was on your bedroom wall.

Left: Farrah Fawcett in the 60s-70s. That red swimsuit, that feathered blonde hair, that smile. 1976. Charlie's Angels made her famous overnight, but that poster made her a legend. 12 million copies sold. Every boy in America had it. Every girl in Britain wanted that hair.

Right: Farrah in 2009, age 62, in her final years. Still beautiful, still brave.

She was more than a poster. She left Charlie's Angels after one season to prove she could act — and she did. Emmy nominations, Golden Globe nods, serious films like "The Burning Bed" that changed how America talked about domestic violence.

She fought cancer for three years in public, filmed her own documentary, and showed the world what real strength looks like.

Farrah died June 25, 2009, the same day as Michael Jackson. The world missed her goodbye.

Today we remember the smile, the hair, and the courage.

TV's first Batgirl. Gone in 2015, but every girl who watched her still remembers.

Left: Yvonne Craig in the 60s-70s. 1967, Batman TV show. Purple suit, black mask, riding a motorcycle. She was Batgirl — not a sidekick, a hero. American girls saw her and wanted to fight crime too. British kids saw her on reruns and thought girls could be superheroes first.

Right: Yvonne in 2015, age 78, shortly before she passed. Same bright eyes, same gentle smile.

She started as a ballerina with the Ballet Russe, then became Hollywood's go-to dancer and actress. She played Batgirl for only one season, but it changed TV forever — first time a woman superhero led action scenes on prime time.

After Batman, she did Star Trek, movies with Elvis, and then left Hollywood to help kids and animals. She fought for real causes, not just TV villains.

Yvonne Craig died August 17, 2015 from cancer. She was 78.

Today we don't say "then and now" — we say "thank you." Thank you for showing my mum, my sister, and millions of girls that they could wear the cape too.

Before every Catwoman you know — there was HER in 1966.

Left: Julie Newmar in the 60s-70s. Batman 1966. That black catsuit, that purr, that walk. She didn't need CGI — she WAS Catwoman. Kids in America ran home from school, kids in Britain watched on Saturday tea-time TV.

She was a Broadway dancer first, won a Tony, then became the villain everyone loved. Eartha Kitt and Lee Meriwether played Catwoman too, but fans say Julie made it iconic.

She also invented pantyhose, wrote about gardening, and never stopped being clever. While Hollywood forgot many 60s blondes, Julie stayed sharp, funny, and independent.

92 years old and she still looks like she could steal Batman's heart in one scene.

She was Ginger on Gilligan's Island. Today she's the last one left at 92.
Left: Tina Louise in the 60s-70s. Red hair, movie-star glamour, playing Ginger Grant on "Gilligan's Island" (1964-1967). Every American boy had a crush. Every British kid watching ITV reruns knew that voice.

Here's what most people don't know: she didn't want to be typecast. After the island, she did Broadway, serious films, wrote books, and worked for children's literacy for 40 years.

The rest of the cast — Gilligan, Skipper, Professor, Mary Ann — are all gone. Tina is the last star from that little island still with us.

At 92, she still shows up for fans, still signs photos, still proves Hollywood glamour ages well.

If you remember Agent 99, you had the coolest dad in the 60s.

Left: Barbara Feldon in the 60s-70s. Not just a pretty face — she was Agent 99 in "Get Smart." Smart, calm, and always saved Maxwell Smart from his own shoe-phone. America fell in love in 1965. Britain watched it on BBC and quoted every line.

She was a model, then a TV legend. She turned down the dumb-blonde roles and made Agent 99 the real brain of the show. Don Adams got the laughs, but Barbara got the respect.

Most 60s stars are gone. Agent 99 is still here, still classy.
