🇳🇴 Norway has unveiled a stunning Viking-themed team photo as excitement builds for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Captured by renowned photographer David Yarrow in Oslo, the image features the Norwegian squad dressed in Viking-inspired attire beside a scenic fjord, with traditional longboats in the background. The photoshoot pays tribute to Norway's rich history and the famous Viking Row tradition embraced by its supporters. ⚔️🔥

The World Cup will mark Norway's first appearance on football's biggest stage since 1998. The squad is led by captain Martin Ødegaard and star striker Erling Haaland, giving fans plenty to be excited about heading into the tournament.

Although Ødegaard was unable to attend the photoshoot due to the Champions League final, he was later digitally added to the final image. A separate photo featuring the coaching and technical staff was also created.

The Norwegian Football Federation said the Viking theme was chosen to celebrate the team's unity, national pride, and cultural heritage as they prepare for the 2026 World Cup in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. 🇳🇴⚽

🚨 FIFA accidentally sold 60 World Cup tickets for $0 — now fans are being told to pay up.

According to FIFA, the issue stemmed from a payment processing problem during checkout, which allowed certain tickets to be issued at a price of $0.

The organization said the tickets remain reserved for the affected fans, who have since been contacted and asked to complete payment for the correct amount.

🗣️ FIFA added that it "regrets the error and any inconvenience caused."

A proposed 40,000-acre data center campus in northern Utah is drawing increasing attention from state leaders and local residents as concerns grow over its size, resource demands, and potential environmental impact.

The project, backed by investor Kevin O’Leary, would be built near the Great Salt Lake, a region already facing long-term environmental challenges. In response to public concerns, Utah Senate President Stuart Adams announced that he has formally requested a significant reduction in the project's footprint.

In a statement released Monday, Adams said he sent a letter to O’Leary calling for the proposed development area to be reduced by 75%, from 40,000 acres to approximately 10,000 acres. He also stated that any excess water associated with the project should be treated and dedicated to supporting the Great Salt Lake.

Adams, who serves on the board of the Military Installation Development Authority (MIDA) — the agency overseeing the project in Box Elder County — said additional safeguards are needed as the development moves through the review process.

The proposal has generated widespread public discussion in recent weeks, with critics raising concerns about water consumption, energy use, emissions, and the overall scale of the project. Supporters, meanwhile, point to the potential economic benefits and technological investment it could bring to the region.

Adams also called for greater transparency, stronger conservation measures, and enhanced protections for Utah’s natural resources.

“Utah can pursue economic opportunity while protecting our water, air, wildlife, and communities,” Adams said. “We can and must do both.”

The project remains under review as state officials, developers, and community members continue to debate its future and potential impact on the region.

Stephen Curry is reportedly set to earn a staggering $1.19 BILLION from his new 10-year deal with Li-Ning 😱💰

That’s nearly four times more than what he made during his 12-year partnership with Under Armour 😳

What makes the deal even more remarkable is that it's reportedly tied to brand revenue, meaning Curry's earnings could continue to grow over time. Current estimates suggest he could make well over $1 billion throughout the life of the agreement.

The greatest shooter in basketball history is now being paid like one of the greatest athletes in the world. 🏀👑💸

In Netflix's Calabasas Confidential, Preston Pippen — the 23-year-old son of Scottie and Larsa — opened up emotionally about the impact the affair had on him as a teenager. Speaking in episodes four and six of the series, Preston recalled how the public drama followed him into the hallways of Sierra Canyon School, where classmates would deliberately play Future's music just to get under his skin.

"My parents got divorced when I was 15, and it was really tough because there was an affair," Preston shared. "Kids at school, like my friends, would play music by a rapper that my mom was talking to at the time, and it was just s——y."
He added that the constant jokes made an already painful chapter of his life even harder to get through.

Preston, who graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a business degree in 2025, has since moved on from the turbulence of his teenage years — and, notably, is not pursuing a professional basketball career.

As a kid, Future once had the chance to meet NBA legend Scottie Pippen. When he asked for an autograph, he was turned down flat. Twenty years later, life had a way of coming full circle — Future ended up in a relationship with Scottie's wife, Larsa Pippen, during a period of separation in their marriage.
Now, the fallout from that affair is being told through the eyes of someone who lived it up close.

After months of rescue efforts and public concern, the story of a young humpback whale known as “Timmy” has come to a heartbreaking end.

Timmy, who captured attention across Europe earlier this year, was recently found dead near the Danish island of Anholt. The whale’s carcass has since been brought ashore, where scientists are expected to conduct a post-mortem examination to determine the cause of death.

The young humpback was first spotted in March after becoming stranded multiple times in the shallow waters of Germany’s Baltic Sea coast. Marine experts believe Timmy may have followed schools of fish into the Baltic Sea or become disoriented during migration, leaving the whale trapped in waters far from its natural North Atlantic habitat.

As concerns for the whale grew, rescue teams launched several attempts to help. Timmy’s struggle became a major news story in Germany, drawing widespread public attention and support. In early May, a privately funded rescue operation transported the whale by barge toward deeper waters closer to the North Sea, giving many hope that it would survive.

Sadly, that hope was short-lived.

Just days after being released, Timmy was found dead off the coast of Denmark. Authorities later confirmed the whale’s identity through a tracking device attached during the rescue mission.

The whale’s body remained in shallow waters for nearly two weeks before being brought ashore. Researchers now hope that examining Timmy’s remains will provide answers about what went wrong and help improve future rescue efforts for whales that become stranded in unfamiliar waters. 🐋💔
