It’s not vanity. It’s freedom.
For much of my 20s, 30s, and my 40s, my shirt stayed on. Even at the beach. Hell, even at home.
In my 50s, that changed.
I finally achieved the shape I’d been chasing my whole adult life. And it had nothing to do with vanity.
I know how that sounds if you’ve never felt that way about your own body. Vain. Superficial, even.
But if you know what it’s like to keep the shirt on, you know it was never about how I looked to others. It was about how I felt in my own skin.
Now I don’t hesitate. Even now at 60. Not because I think I’m perfect. I’m definitely not. But because I feel like myself. Finally!
More open. More confident. Present instead of holding back.
That feeling is priceless. And it’s available later in life than most people think.

Let’s get started on changing the script. Once and for all.
