Opening the Way

At a meeting Saturday with twelve others, I shared a POV that I thought was felt by most of those present. But no one spoke their agreement. I was hurt and frustrated. I KNOW I wasn't alone in what I articulated. Why did the others not speak? This has happened before, in this group and others, and it's always painful. Especially believing that bringing one's true self to a relationship gives others the opportunity to transcend their limitations and share their true selves.
Am I casting my pearls before swine? Shall I stay in the group or leave it? What do you think?

Advent

In the Christian tradition this is the season of Advent; of preparing hearts and minds for the birth of something new with a joyful expectancy.
In contemporary American culture, we want to skip preparation and cut to the chase.
Skipping over preparing and actually feeling worthy of the newness we seek is, perhaps why the holiday often seems so blah and anti-climactic.
Preparing means feeling the inner transformation happen before the outward manifestation. The joyful expectancy is not worrying how it's going to show up, but allowing intuition to guide.
From this place, we don't seek nor wait, we simply cultivate the spirit with calm anticipation. Spirit Tech can help.

If Only

If only I could undo.... Or do what needs to be done....
There's a deep paradox at my core.
I experience deep enlightenment, when I'm suddenly more than I am. Next second, trip and hurt myself.
I used to think of these as failures, that I wasn't trying hard enough. If only....
But I've come to understand, tho sometimes I still think of them as failures, that they are the earthiness of my human condition. Not to be corrected, eliminated or transcended but merely accepted.
We need to soothe ourselves, not blame ourselves.

Inner Learning

There is no predictable pace for inner learning - for getting our bloated nothingness out of the way of the divine circuits. Readiness and receptivity are key, usually when our egos are most subdued. We fall down as many times as we need to. Suffer our pains as often as necessary. Break and heal frequently. Encounter the same lesson over and over again. What we need to learn comes when we need it. There are no diplomas nor graduation ceremonies, especially not from Kindergarten. What we need to learn comes when we need it, from living every day.

"Nothing outside can make me feel anything. There's no thing to worry about and I can worry about anything." Michael Neill

This is so true. If I can only remember to shift, I can experience life differently. Trump and gang will still be pillaging our country. My darling wife will still have abdominal cancer. I will still be having my Dream Group Trilogy rejected. But, when I shift to the inside and look out from there, I feel differently about these things and act differently, not so depressed and hopeless.

Religion without science is superstition. Science without religion is materialism - Bahai creed.

We have not been asked to work out the plan for salvation for ourselves. Spirit through intuition provides everything we need. Each of us has a piece of the puzzle. By acting on our hearts desires, we put our pieces on the table so the puzzle can be completed.

Blossoming

"The flower doesn't dream of the bee. It blooms and the bee comes."

So with us. As we are mindful of, respect and nurture our gifts - whatever they are, so we attract the people and things that will pollinate us and help us blossom. We each have an inner fragrance that calls others to eat our nectar. We didn't put it there, we didn't have to make it, work at it or improve it, its our birthright. Our job is to be mindful of it respect, nurture and share it.

Spirit Tech - Spiritual Technology

Seems to be a contradiction in terms, doesn't it?
But given that we as human beings have a spiritual component, it's really not.
Using our spiritual power and allowing it to use us will make huge differences in our lives and the lives, not only of those around us, but in the life of the planet as well.
Consider that we exist on an energy continuum, a straight line, with invisible spiritual energy at the left growing more visible and tangible as it moves to the right, becoming mental, emotional, then concrete and material.
Being aware of the energy continuum and learning how to best use it, is what Spirit Tech is all about. Mindfulness, being aware of how our minds work to create our experience and sense of reality, is one of the most powerful forms of spiritual technology.

The new professionalism connects Science and Spirit; uses both, not just one or the other to serve clients. A new professional recognizes that each is an end point on the energy continuum explained in Monday's post; and the entire energy continuum is available for everyone to use. Old professionals see Science and Spirit as mutually exclusive, not different aspects of one single energy continuum and tend toward Science and exclude Spirit, depriving themselves of the resources of Spirit - intuition, passion, mindfulness, compassion and creativity. For the new professional, Spirit is not the same as religion and religious dogma. Becoming a new professional is a process. To begin, contact me.

Paradigm Shift

The posts last Monday and Wednesday offer a paradigm shift - a shift in the way you see yourself, everyone else and the planet. A shift, not a radical revolution; a gradual adjustment in your perspective and experience, enabling you to take advantage of ALL the energy on the energy continuum. You can be free of cultural, religious and professional constraints and biases that require you to be one or the other - spiritual or scientific. You can be BOTH spiritual AND scientific.
Most of use both everyday. But by becoming mindful - consciously aware - of where we are on the continuum, we can take advantage of its flatness and move freely back and forth along it: spirit - mental - emotional - material, using the energy most appropriate to our needs. Every aspect has its place, even and for some things, especially, emotional.

No big deal, no permission, no license nor degree required just be where you are and if that's not working for you, others or the planet, shift, move to some other place on the continuum. Let go of POVs, beliefs and habits that are causing harm and shift. You can do it! You're free to do it. It's your mind.

Integrity

Wholeness. Unbroken - from the Latin. Doing the right thing in a reliable way for yourself, others and the planet. No harm, no foul to anyone or anything. A sense of inner honest connection to peace, compassion, inclusion and wholeness. As Hamlet said: "To thine own Self be true, and it follows like the night the day, that thou canst be false to anyone."

Integrity too

Societies have integrity too.
The sentiments in the Declaration of Independence, the words on the Statue of Liberty are aspirational yet represent the integrity of the USA.
Please understand. The behavior of the Trump Administration and its sycophants is out of integrity with America's most cherished ideals. It's not just politics or business as usual.
To be out of integrity is to be wounded, sick and in pain.
The wound to our integrity must be treated like any other wound. It must be recognized and treated. We must acknowledge the wound and take steps to return to our ideals.
We can heal the wound, restore our wholeness and go on to make our ideals real. Not just for ourselves, but for everyone, everywhere.
Behavior can be distinguished from personhood. Those that have been called out can be called in. Those that created the wound can help heal it. It can be no other way; else the seeds of the next wounding have been sown.
