Keynote Address by: Reverend Charles R. Stith, Th.M.: Former U.S. Ambassador to the United Republic of Tanzania “Renewing America’s Promise”

This special gathering brings together clergy and community leaders from all faiths and traditions to reflect, break bread, and renew our shared vision for faith, hope, and charity in these pivotal times. We are especially honored to welcome Ambassador Rev. Charles Stith, Chair of the African Presidential Leadership Center in Johannesburg and a member of the U.S. Council on Foreign Relations. A Harvard Divinity School graduate and former pastor of Boston’s United Methodist Church, Ambassador Stith has spent decades bridging faith and public service. His leadership helped negotiate the nation's first $500 million community reinvestment agreement to support minority and women borrowers in Massachusetts.
