Brad Smeele sick speak by an insane guy ! 😉
This morning I had the pleasure of going back to speak at my old school to speak to my largest live audience yet!
It’s mental health awareness week, so I was honored to be invited to speak to the 2,500+ young men at Grammar about adversity and resilience. It’s my hope to provide them with a few tools to help them build their own self belief, as well as encouraging them to have more authentic chats with their mates more often.
It’s important to build our own strength and resilience, so that we’re better equipped to handle what life throws at us, but it’s just as important to know that we don’t have to go through it alone, that we can lean on our tribe to help us when we need it. That’s the only reason I’m able to get on stage and share my story now… because I had help getting me here.
Thank you so much for having me!
(It’s wild to think that when I left Grammar, not one of its current students were even born yet 🤯 sure makes me feel old! 😂)
