My boys were rough housing again and somehow put a hole in the ceiling. The landlord saw it and said, "that's coming out of your deposit." What a selfish, greedy pig! He knew I had boys when I moved in here, and that's just part of having kids. If I could afford for him to keep ANY of my deposit I wouldn't be renting, I'd own. What should I do about this man's greed?

Tell me why my kids accidentally put a hole in the wall... and my landlord had the AUDACITY to say I have to fix it. Like, be for real. I'm renting, not owning - that's YOUR property, not mine.
I pay rent on time, keep the place clean, even fix little things myself... but now you want me to turn into a handyman too? Nah. Kids live here, accidents happen. You want a perfect museum, don't rent to families.
As long as I'm paying rent, any holes, leaks, or breaks? Not my problem😤

I used flex tape to patch it but still don't really wanna trust it for number 2s lol. Apartment manager says it's the weekend so not much can be done at the moment.

I just took this picture to a rim repair shop. The guy looked at it and started laughing! He said, 'That's not curb rash, that's a death trap! It looks like you tried to use a railroad spike to change your tire.' He then had the audacity to suggest I could 'fix it with Bondo and spray paint' and sell it online without disclosing the damage! I'm completely sickened that mechanics would suggest committing fraud just to get rid of a ruined wheel. This rim is an $800 loss thanks to that massive pothole, and now I have to deal with these crooks.😡🤬😡

This is my front yard and that is my mailbox. The black BMW in front of it (which is parked the wrong way too, even more infuriating) is someone who lives two doors down. There are more than enough spots on the street across like wide open and on the actual right side of the road, but I can't even get into my mailbox without leaning over the damn hood of the car. Am I overreacting? Just seems a little crazy to me, like park on an open street on the right side of the road.....

Found this is wife's car
It's telescoping, serrated edges on a hinge looking side suggests it can be locked into a position, ball on one end. Slight resistance in the telescoping part but no spring or compression.. I'm lost.
