People act like carnivore is some luxury diet. Not really. $12 beef. $5 carton of eggs. This one meal keeps me running for two full days. Do the math.

My carnivore casserole. It will last me for two weeks worth of work lunches.
2 lbs ground beef
8 eggs
8 oz shredded cheddar
3 oz bacon bits
35 slices pepperoni
Tapatio hot sauce
1 oz pack Cholula smoky chipotle taco seasoning
1 tbsp avocado oil
Brown ground beef with avocado oil. Place in a greased 9” x 13” baking dish. Beat 8 eggs & mix in hot sauce to taste. Pour eggs evenly over ground beef. Sprinkle taco seasoning evenly over ground beef & eggs. Evenly spread shredded cheddar over dish. Evenly spread bacon bits over dish. Place pepperonis on top (7 rows of 5). Place in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Enjoy!

Update:
To all the trolls with opinions — I feel great. My workout is done, I’m staying hydrated, and I’m not craving sugar. I’m doing this my way because it works for me.
This isn’t about weight loss (though that’s a bonus) — it’s about regulating my hormones naturally, without jumping straight to medication. I had major surgery a year ago, and things still aren’t quite right, but I’m determined to take control of my health on my terms.
To those who’ve shared kind and respectful comments — thank you. No one is perfect, and we all have setbacks. What matters is getting back on track without making excuses or calling it a “cheat day.”
