Creamy Garlic Butter Chicken with Twisted Cheddar Pasta
Ingredients:
1 lb twisted pasta (e.g., cavatappi or fusilli)
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions:
Cook pasta according to package instructions.
In a skillet, melt butter and cook garlic until fragrant.
Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
In a saucepan, combine heavy cream and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until melted and smooth.
Add cooked pasta to the cheese sauce and toss until coated.
Serve chicken on top of the cheesy pasta.
Tips:
Use high-quality cheddar cheese for the best flavor.
Add some diced veggies like bell peppers or broccoli.
Serve with crusty bread for a comforting meal.
