Creamy Garlic Butter Chicken with Twisted Cheddar Pasta
Ingredients:
1 lb twisted pasta (e.g., cavatappi or fusilli)
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1 lb cavatappi pasta
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

12 mozzarella cheese sticks

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

2 tablespoons milk

1½ cups plain breadcrumbs

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon chili powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon hot sauce

¼ cup butter (melted)

Oil for frying

Pickles (optional, for serving)

👩‍🍳 Directions:

Preheat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef (80/20)

4 slices cheddar cheese

4 hamburger buns

8 slices bacon

1/4 cup BBQ sauce

Salt & pepper to taste

Lettuce, tomato, pickles (optional)

Instructions:

Preheat grill to medium-high.

Form beef into 4 patties; season with salt & pepper.

Grill patties 4–5 mins per side, brushing with BBQ sauce.

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 green onions, sliced

Loaded Baked Potato Casserole 🥔🧀🥓

Ingredients:

6 cups russet potatoes, diced

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

1/2 cup green onions, sliced

4 tbsp butter, melted

1/2 cup milk

Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2️⃣ Boil potatoes until tender, about 10-12 mins. Drain.
3️⃣ Mash potatoes with butter, milk, sour cream, salt & pepper.
4️⃣ Stir in half of cheese, bacon & green onions.

Creamy Cucumber Shrimp Salad 🥒🦐💚

Ingredients:

1 lb cooked shrimp (peeled & chilled) 🦐

1 large cucumber (sliced thin) 🥒

1/4 cup red onion (sliced) 🧅

1/2 cup sour cream

2 tbsp mayo

1 tbsp lemon juice 🍋

1 tsp dill (fresh or dried) 🌿

Salt & pepper to taste 🧂

Instructions:

In bowl, mix sour cream, mayo, lemon juice, dill, salt & pepper.

Add shrimp, cucumber & onion.

Toss gently to coat everything in dressing.

2 chicken breasts (halved to make 4 pieces)

1 cup buttermilk

1 tsp hot sauce

1 cup flour

1/2 cup cornstarch

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp garlic powder

Salt & pepper to taste

Oil for frying

4 brioche buns

Pickles, lettuce, mayo or spicy sauce (optional)

Instructions:

Marinate chicken in buttermilk & hot sauce (30 mins or overnight).

Mix flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic, salt & pepper in a bowl.

Dredge chicken in flour mix, pressing to coat.

Ingredients:

3 lb beef chuck roast (cut into chunks)

1 tbsp olive oil

4 carrots (chopped)

4 potatoes (cubed)

1 onion (chopped)

3 cups beef broth

1 tbsp tomato paste

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp dried thyme

Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

Heat oil in large pot. Brown beef chunks on all sides, then remove.

In same pot, sauté onion 2–3 mins. Stir in tomato paste & garlic powder.

Add beef back in, then pour in broth. Add thyme, salt & pepper.

Cover & simmer 1.5 hrs on low.

Add carrots & potatoes. Simmer another 30–40 mins until tender.

Serve warm with crusty bread! 🍞🔥

2 grilled chicken breasts (sliced)

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 tomato (diced)

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup ranch or your favorite dressing

Salt & pepper to taste

Optional: red onions, avocado, or bacon bits

🌭 Italian Sausage with Peppers and Onions 🫑🧅

Ingredients:

1 lb Italian sausage links

1 tbsp olive oil

1 red bell pepper (sliced)

1 green bell pepper (sliced)

1 yellow bell pepper (sliced)

1 large onion (sliced)

2 garlic cloves (minced)

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 cup water

Instructions:

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Brown sausage links on all sides (7–8 mins). Remove & set aside.

In same skillet, sauté peppers, onion & garlic until soft (5–6 mins).

Add water, salt & pepper. Stir well.

Return sausages to the pan. Cover & cook 10 more mins.
