(or European Pet Passport).

2️⃣ Rabies Certificate.

3️⃣ ISO international microchip.

4️⃣ Check the CDC regulations for re-entering the US.
Fill out the CDC form online, 10 days before returning to the US.

5️⃣ Check de worm requirements of country.
