[IDEA] Lean protein and light veggies for a perfect fit dinner!
Make meatballs with lean ground turkey, breadcrumbs (or almond flour for low-carb), egg, and seasonings.
Bake or pan-fry until cooked through.
Serve over lightly sautéed zucchini noodles with a simple tomato sauce.
