Not everyone who says “I love you” truly means it. Some people only love the attention, the comfort, the care, and the benefits that come with you. They act like they care, they make promises, they give fake affection, but deep down, their heart is not genuine.
Pretending to love someone is one of the most painful things you can do to a person. Because while one person is building dreams, the other is only acting a role. Fake love wastes time, destroys trust, and leaves emotional scars that are hard to heal.
Real love is consistent. Real love is honest. Real love stays even when things are not perfect. So never force yourself to stay with someone who only pretends to care when it benefits them.
A person who truly loves you will never make you beg for attention, question your worth, or feel lonely in the relationship.
