When inserting your needle cartridge into the machine, rotate the machine either direction to adjust the needle length while it’s still powered off. There’s nothing wrong with your machine or needle — this is normal.

It’s important to fully understand how your device works. Always read the manual and watch the manufacturer’s tutorials for proper use.
