The pain 😢 😭 someone help me please. I have went back to the dentist. I have went back to the surgeon. I was told leave the pieces alone and gave a subscription for magic mouthwash that would last a week maybe 2.

Well here I am still suffering in pain. I have tried brushing softly. Chewing bubble gum. Leaving it be. No matter what I have tried nothing seems to get these fragments out and they are tiny but feel ginormous. What do I need to do??I will take any and all suggestions 🤯💊👨‍⚕️😓😨
