The system I am standing in front of is an extremely complex manufacturing process. It’s the only one like it in the world! 🌎

A ton of hard work and money 💰 went into creating this system that now works day and night. The payoff is big and the quality is bar none!

Nobody will copy this because it is a long road with hard work to get here. Apply to this philosophy to your marketing, business and systems and you will turn around one day and see no one is chasing you... they gave up a long time ago!

Stop waiting to play catch up. Things are good right now in the market. The economy is doing well and most in the A/E/C industry are doing great.

That’s awesome! But don’t wait to fall into the trap!

Things are good, so use the leverage to reinvest in your business.

The key for those that are “busy” is to make your marketing a duplicatable system... a machine that works for you when you are too busy with projects, clients, distribution etc.

Now is the time when things are good to leverage your resources!

Do you consistently plant seeds for your business to grow? Or are you relying on someone or something else (hope and pray) to grow your business?

The things you do today, the seeds you plant, will not be apparent for a year in terms of your business growth. Trees do not grow overnight.

Jeff Bezos understand this. This is why he is the richest man on earth. He looks for the long-term growth path and stays true and consistent to it. Sam Ovens talks about it here:

Its a great video that explains how what you do today will create future growth, not overnight growth.

Its the same for your firm. You have to have a consistent plan, that fills your pipeline on a consistent basis. And I would further add that your pipeline needs to have multiple flows (sources) of potential clients if you do not want to take a haircut when the next pull back happens!!!

While word of mouth is great, and important, it is not a plan, you have zero control over it and you can be taken out overnight if this is all you do!
