Sometimes the hardest thing to release is the version of ourselves we think God can’t use anymore.

Rahab’s story reminds us:
✨ God is still in the business of redemption.

Not after you’ve cleaned everything up.
Not once you’ve figured it all out.

Right now.
In the middle of the mess.
In the middle of real life.

🌿 Rooted in faith, blooming in grace.

Week 2 of Porch Notes begins Monday 🤍

Over the next few weeks, we’re sitting with the stories of four women:
🌾 Tamar
🌾 Rahab
🌾 Ruth
🌾 Mary

Women who experienced heartbreak, uncertainty, waiting, redemption, and grace.
Women whose stories weren’t perfect… but were still part of God’s greater plan.
And honestly?

I think a lot of us see pieces of ourselves in them.
Motherhood. Messy kitchens. Waiting seasons. Quiet faithfulness.

Trying to trust God in the middle of ordinary life.

This next Porch Notes series is called:
🌿 Women of Redemption: Chosen in the Messy Middle

If you’ve been craving gentle encouragement rooted in Scripture and real life… I’d love to save you a seat on the porch.

Sunday morning field checks, extremely grateful that we were blessed with rain! ♥️

God is good! 🙌🏻

I spent years praying for him, wondering if God was even listening. There were seasons I felt forgotten, discouraged, and convinced love just wasn’t meant for me the way I hoped it would be.

But looking back now, I can see God was listening the entire time. While I was waiting, He was preparing. While I was questioning, He was directing my steps toward the man He already knew would be mine.

What felt like delay was really protection. What felt like silence was actually guidance.

And now I understand — God wasn’t ignoring my prayers. He was leading me straight to him. 🤍

Faith greater than fear. 🤍

Choosing to trust God even when the path feels uncertain and the answers aren’t clear. Even when fear seems overwhelming and tries to take over.

“For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” — 2 Timothy 1:7

Fear may be loud, but God’s promises are louder.

Motherhood isn’t always loud, picture-perfect moments.

Sometimes it’s the quiet sacrifices no one sees.
The late nights.
The constant giving.

The steady showing up even when you’re exhausted.
To every mama loving deeply in the ordinary today — this work matters 🤍
