Thank you to everyone who came out or shared the event! Yesterday, showed the real power of community with over 600+ youth and parents enjoying a free water slide, free splash pad, free bounce house, free food, free foam party, free ice cream, free popcorn, and so much more!!
The partners, DJs, vendors and volunteers are who made this happen and we’re so grateful. Shoutout to bro with the horse you can’t make up how community will pull up for a good cause 🔥🔥
Shoutout to the youth, especially the teens - they did exactly what the media refuses to acknowledge; show up in large crowds and contribute positively!!
There was no violence, riots, or disruptions - only us coming together, sharing laughter and joy, relieving stress and putting the youth first!!
Our youth deserve safe spaces not only during the summer but everyday and this was a great start!
