Iโ€™ve been absolutely obsessed with this protein pancake bowl lately. Itโ€™s easy to make, delicious and has over 25g of protein. Itโ€™s perfect for a post workout meal or any meal that will keep you full all morning long.

All you need is:
1.5 tablespoon vanilla protein 15g (I use vanilla buttercream and itโ€™s so smooth ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป)
1/2 tablespoon monkfruit sweetener (or sugar)
Splash of vanilla
1/4 cup plain flour 30g
1 egg
1/4 cup light milk (or plant milk)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon butter 5g

To serve:
1/2 tablespoon maple syrup 10g
Vanilla greek yogurt 100g (my fave is
Strawberries

Method:
Whisk your egg well in a bowl. Add your monkfruit, vanilla, milk and whisk well. Add your flour, protein powder and baking powder and whisk with a fork until no lumps remain. You will need to whisk whisk whisk until itโ€™s nice and smooth. Itโ€™s a mini arm workout ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป

Heat a pan over medium heat and melt your butter on the pan. Pour in your mixture and cook for a couple mins each side. Serve with vanilla Greek yogurt, strawberries and maple syrup. Enjoy xx

Pb & j bites are the perfect mix of sweet and salty. These lil bites are macro friendly and can be meal prepped to snack on throughout the week.

Ingredients:
1 block of dark chocolate 200g
1 tablespoon coconut oil 10g
1/2 cup frozen raspberries 60g
1/2 tablespoon chia seeds 5g
1 heaped tablespoon peanut butter 20g
1 tablespoon vanilla protein 10g
1 teaspoon monkfruit
1 tablespoon almond milk 20mL

Method:
Prepare your chia jam by microwaving your raspberries until soft, for about 30 seconds. Mix in your chia seeds and set aside. Optional to sprinkle a 1/2 teaspoon of monkfruit to sweeten your jam a bit more.

Melt your chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave in 30 second intervals.

Prepare your peanut butter mix by mixing together the peanut butter, monkfruit sweetener, almond milk and protein.

In a silicon mould spoon the chocolate mixture to cover the bottom, add a ball of peanut butter then top with jam and more chocolate. Set in the freezer for 1 hour.

Store in an air tight container in the freezer or fridge and enjoy xx

healthy peanut butter crispy slice, recipe below ๐Ÿซถ

This is my fave dessert atm! It tastes amazing and is super crispy and chocolatey. This recipe is from and Iโ€™ve been making it for last few months! It never fails.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup runny peanut butter
1/2 cup rice malt syrup
1 tablespoon coconut oil
100 grams rice puffs or rice bubbles
1/4 cup protein of choice, I used vanilla
150g chocolate chips

Method:

Pour the peanut butter, rice malt syrup and 1/2 tablespoon of coconut oil in a bowl. Microwave on low for 20 seconds. Stir together.

Add your rice cereal and protein to the pb mix, stir together with a spatula. Spread into a lined brownie tin.

Pour chocolate chips in a bowl, add 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil and microwave in 20-30 second intervals until melted. Pour over your slice.

Let set in the fridge then slice up and enjoy ๐Ÿ˜

BANANA BREAD BAKED OATS ๐ŸŒ๐Ÿซ

Cake for breakfast anyone? ๐Ÿ˜

This is my fave baked oats recipe to date, it tastes like dessert and is made using simple and healthy ingredients to keep you full all morning long.

All you need is:
(Wet ingredients)
1 mashed banana
1 egg
1 teaspoon maple syrup or sugar
1 teaspoon peanut butter
1/4 cup almond milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence (optional)

(Dry ingredients)
1/2 cup oat flour (if you are gluten free make sure you get gluten free oats)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon vanilla protein
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Dark chocolate chips
Pinch of salt

Method:
1. Preheat your oven to 170 degrees.
2. Mix all the wet ingredients together in a bowl, pour into an oven safe ramekin or ceramic bowl.
3. Stir in the remaining dry ingredients, and top with chocolate chips and a sprinkle of sea salt.
4. Bake in the oven for about 15-18 mins until desired consistency. (18 mins will be more fluffy and cakey like mine in the video)
5. Enjoy ๐Ÿ˜

A dreamy breakfast that tastes like chocolate soft serve and has 30g of protein to keep you full all morning long.

Smoothie bowl deets:
๐ŸŒ 1 & 1/2 frozen bananas
โ˜๏ธ handful vanilla greek yogurt ice cubes
๐Ÿซ 1 tablespoon cacao powder
๐Ÿฆ 2.5 tablespoons vanilla protein
โœจ 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence
๐Ÿฅ› 1/3 cup milk

Top with yogurt, chocolate cereal and hazelnuts. Enjoy xo

The perfect lil cookie dough bites to snack on throughout the day with added protein to keep you fuller for longer.

All you need is:
2 tablespoons butter (or vegan butter)
3/4 cup oat flour
1 scoop of vanilla protein (30g)
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/4 cup chocolate chips
Splash of vanilla
Sprinkle of salt

Method:

Melt your butter and pour into a bowl, add your vanilla and maple syrup and stir. Add your flour and protein and stir again, the dough should form into a ball.

Add in your chocolate chips and form into balls. Sprinkle sea salt and store in the fridge or freezer.

oat flour brownies ๐Ÿซ

Fudgey bites of heaven! This has been my go to brownie recipe atm, so simple yet so good ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ

All you need is:
๐Ÿฅš 1 egg
โœจ 1/2 cup coconut sugar
๐Ÿซ 1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate (I use semisweet 45%)
๐Ÿฅฅ 1/4 cup coconut oil 45g
๐Ÿป 2 heaped tablespoons cacao powder sifted
โ˜๏ธ 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
๐ŸŒพ 1/4 cup oat flour
โšก๏ธ Pinch of salt

Method:
1. Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil. Whisk the egg vigorously with the sugar for 2-3mins until pale and fluffy.

2. Once the chocolate mixture is cooled, pour into the whisked egg/sugar and whisk well. Add cacao, vanilla, oat flour and salt. Mix together. You can also add chocolate chunks!

3. Pour into a lined loaf tin. Bake at 170C for 20 minutes. Enjoy ๐Ÿซถ
