strawberry fields salad: mixed greens + arugula base, sliced strawberries, diced avo, goat cheese, crispy onions (these are soooo key I use brand🤌), crushed pistachios, and then a creamy balsamic dressing!! but if I’m feeling lazy I’ll just drizzle olive oil and balsamic glaze on top

WILD BLUEBERRY BUCKWHEAT PANCAKES—a special recipe brought to you by 🫐🥞🥹

My love for wild blueberries started with my Gammy! Growing up, she would make me buckwheat pancakes with wild blueberries, lots of butter, and maple syrup—and they’ve always been one of my favorite breakfasts. So naturally, I had to recreate them! These are fluffy, hearty, and filled with wild blueberries 💛 And the most important part… Gammy approved 💯

I use Wyman’s Frozen Wild Blueberries, which I always keep stocked in my freezer so I can enjoy them year round. Find them in the frozen section at most grocery stores!
