ATTENTION DJs, PRODUCERS, & PATRONS alike:
join WarShip Sound Cult to dance & for a chance to DJ our monthly event at Bremen Cafe in MKE. this is a NO COVER 21+ age event every FIRST FRIDAY of each month.

we’re hosting "first come first serve" open decks between 7p-9p. sign up when you arrive w/ either Kelsey Von Der Vellen or No Compromise. each DJ gets a 15min slot to start, but potentially more time on decks depending on how many DJs show. we encourage artists to take advantage of this opportunity to challenge yourself, check out new gear, or get yourself recognized. we may considered you for future First Friday gigs, or other WarShip Sound Cult events.

as Warship, we love & honor the variety electronic music presents; however we aim to give platform to genres we want to see being represented in the scene. we love to bang trance, house, UKG, DnB, acid, techno, happy/hardcore, synthwave, deep dub, experimental, or maybe something people haven’t heard before!

we have the 4 channel stand-alone Pioneer OPUS QUAD controller. it is compatible with both RekordBox & Serato DJ Plus. requires updated Rekordbox ver6.6.11 or newer with DEVICE LIBRARY PLUS, or bring your laptop to use Serato DJ Plus. we will not be providing laptop or headphones.

Mind altering sounds syndicate and WarShip will be hosting a renegade “stage” in camp OuterBass. Force Fields lineup is a great selection of bass music. if you want a little taste of a variety of other EDM, like DnB House Trace or Techno (and yes some more bass), stop on out!

hope everyone had a fun & safe weekend! we will b back at it again this coming weekend on saturday the 11th up in Appleton for Fiesta Al Garete! MoonB3amz & hippie militia bringing dubstep. Omnergy bringing house. Propagantics bringing drum n bass. we know it can be a little far for some & there’s other shows happening on a saturday nite. but we love yall, we’re turning out, turning up, & we hope you will too. no matter where you find yourself this saturday night, remember to be safe & spread love. 🫶🏻

next up in March for our 2nd edition of First Friday’s at Bremen Cafe, this time around we are wanting to bring what the patrons are asking for: trance, house, happy hardcore, techno, etc.
we are trying out OPEN DECKS before our curated lineups start @ 9pm-1am. opportunity to play open decks will be First Come First Served. starting at 7pm until 845pm you will be offered a minimum of 15min and we plan to rotate in DJs as you show up. meaning there is potential for longer or multiple slots before our lineup depending on how many DJs sign up. this open decks is a perfect opportunity for “exposure” & practice! however do not dismay - we would love to reconsider those of you who get the crowd going and offer slots on our future lineups & other events. make sure to write your name down with either No Compromise or Kelsey/Kelsoceles when you arrive.

we are not new to the local EDM scene here in Milwaukee, but our business of bringing you sound and hosting events kind of is. and so we aim to foster support for new or up&coming artists in return, as well as reciprocating the love for those in the scene who help us make things possible. our goals very much align with the essential nature of the PLUR community. so bring ur favorite beats, ur sharpest dancing feets, and lets quench your thirst for the love of the music. 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
