Since breaking through with "Shine" in 1993, Collective Soul has quietly built one of the most successful careers of any American rock band from the '90s.
Some of their biggest accomplishments include:
• Over 15 million albums sold worldwide, with six Gold or Platinum-certified albums.
• Seven No. 1 rock radio hits, including classics like "Shine," "December," and "The World I Know."
• Billboard Music Awards:
☆ Won Top Rock Song for "Shine" (1994)
☆ Won Top Rock Song for "December" (1995)
☆ Multiple nominations for Top Rock Artist.
• ASCAP Pop Music Award winner for "Shine" as one of the year's Most Performed Songs (1996).
