🧄🧈🐔🧀🎀🍝 Mozzarella Garlic Butter Chicken Bowties in Cheesy Cream

Ingredients

For the Garlic Butter Chicken:

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into cubes or strips)

2 tbsp butter

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp smoked paprika

Salt & black pepper, to taste

For the Cheesy Cream Bowties:

12 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle)

3 tbsp butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1½ cups heavy cream

4 oz cream cheese (softened)

1 cup shredded mozzarella

½ cup grated Parmesan

1 tsp Italian seasoning

½ cup reserved pasta water (if needed)

Salt & pepper, to taste

Optional Garnish:

Fresh parsley

Extra mozzarella or Parmesan

A drizzle of garlic butter

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Bowties
Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, drain, and set aside.

Step 2: Cook the Garlic Butter Chicken
Season chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
In a skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Sear chicken until golden and cooked through (6–8 minutes). Remove and set aside.

Step 3: Make the Cheesy Cream Sauce
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (30 seconds).
Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Mix in cream cheese until smooth.
Add mozzarella, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Stir until creamy, using pasta water as needed to thin.

Step 4: Combine Pasta & Chicken
Toss bowtie pasta in the sauce until well coated. Return chicken to the skillet and stir gently.

Step 5: Serve & Garnish
Plate bowties coated in cheesy cream sauce with garlic butter chicken on top. Garnish with parsley and a drizzle of garlic butter.

🌯 Cheesy Beef & Veggie Wrap Recipe

A simple, satisfying wrap packed with flavor, cheese, and nutrients! Perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.

☑️Ingredients:

1 lb (450 g) ground beef 🍖

1 tbsp olive oil 🧴

1 medium onion, finely chopped 🧅

1 bell pepper, diced (any color) 🫑

1 medium carrot, grated 🥕

1 small zucchini, diced (optional) 🥒

2 cloves garlic, minced 🧄

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp chili powder (optional for spice) 🌶️

Salt & black pepper, to taste 🧂

1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese 🧀

4 large flour tortillas 🌯

2 tbsp fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped 🌿

Optional: sour cream, salsa, or hot sauce for serving

☑️Method:

1. Cook the beef: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain excess fat if needed.

2. Add veggies: Stir in onion, bell pepper, carrot, zucchini, and garlic. Cook for about 5–7 minutes until vegetables soften.

3. Season: Add paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and cook for another 2–3 minutes so the flavors blend.

4. Add cheese: Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the shredded cheese until melted and combined. Sprinkle in fresh parsley or cilantro.

5. Assemble wraps: Warm tortillas slightly, then place a generous portion of the beef & veggie mixture in the center of each.

6. Roll & serve: Fold the sides, roll tightly into a wrap, and serve warm. You can also toast the wrap in a dry pan for extra crispiness.

Shrimp Avocado Salad 🥑🍤

Ingredients:

200g cooked shrimp 🍤

1 avocado, diced 🥑

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 🍅

1/4 red onion, thinly sliced 🧅

Fresh cilantro, chopped 🌿

1 lime, cut in wedges 🍋

1 tbsp olive oil 🫒

Salt & black pepper to taste 🧂

Optional: pinch of chili flakes for heat 🌶️

Method:

In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, avocado, tomatoes, and red onion.

Drizzle with olive oil and squeeze fresh lime juice over the mix.

Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes (if using).

Sprinkle with chopped cilantro.

Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.

Indulgent Butterfinger Caramel Crunch Bars

Ingredients:
For the Base:
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
½ cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
For the Filling:
1 cup caramel sauce
1 cup Butterfinger candy bars, crushed (about 3–4 bars)
For the Topping:
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp unsalted butter

Directions:
Prepare the Oven and Pan:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
Make the Base:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Mix well until smooth. Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, and stir until combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Assemble the Bars:
Spread half of the batter evenly in the prepared baking dish. Bake for 10–12 minutes until just set but not fully cooked.
Add the Filling:
Remove the base from the oven and pour the caramel sauce over the top, then sprinkle the crushed Butterfinger pieces evenly over the caramel.
Add the Remaining Batter:
Drop spoonfuls of the remaining batter over the filling. It’s okay if some caramel and Butterfinger show through.
Bake Again:
Return to the oven and bake for an additional 20–25 minutes, or until the top is set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Prepare the Topping:
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips and butter together, stirring until smooth. Drizzle the chocolate over the baked bars once they’ve cooled for a bit.
Cool and Serve:
Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares.

Ingredients

For the Chocolate Cupcakes:

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup granulated sugar

½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp baking soda

½ tsp salt

½ cup vegetable oil

2 large eggs

½ cup buttermilk

½ cup hot water

1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Raspberry Buttercream:

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

3 cups powdered sugar

3 tbsp raspberry puree (strained to remove seeds)

A few drops of pink/red gel food coloring (optional)

For Decoration:

Fresh raspberries

Mini chocolate chips or curls

Instructions
Step 1: Bake the Chocolate Cupcakes

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a cupcake pan with liners.

In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In another bowl, whisk oil, eggs, buttermilk, and vanilla until smooth.

Combine wet and dry ingredients, then stir in hot water (batter will be thin).

Divide batter evenly into cupcake liners (about ⅔ full).

Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.

Step 2: Make the Raspberry Buttercream

Beat butter until fluffy.

Gradually add powdered sugar, one cup at a time.

Mix in raspberry puree until smooth and vibrant in color.

If desired, add gel food coloring for a deeper pink/red shade.

Step 3: Assemble the Cupcakes

Pipe the raspberry buttercream onto cooled cupcakes in tall swirls.

Sprinkle with mini chocolate chips.

Top each cupcake with a fresh raspberry.
