What if we’ve been asking marriage to do something it was never meant to do?

Marriage won’t make you whole. Jesus already does that.

Marriage points us to Christ. Singleness invites us to abide in Him. Both have purpose, and neither determines your worth.

🚨 Tomorrow’s episode is the one I almost didn’t record.

Because we’re talking about singleness… and not the polished, easy-to-answer version.

I’m almost 29, still single, and this year has challenged me in ways I never expected. So this week, Jenni flipped the mic around and asked me the questions I’ve wrestled with myself.

We talk about culture’s expectations, the church’s perspective, what Scripture actually says, and what it looks like to find contentment without pretending the waiting isn’t hard.

💛 “Marriage doesn’t make you whole, it makes you holy.”
💛 “Singleness isn’t an identity, it’s a season.”

If you’ve ever wondered, “Am I behind?” or “Is God forgetting me?” …this conversation is for you.

🎙️ New episode drops TOMORROW. Save this post and send it to a friend who needs the reminder that they’re deeply loved right where they are. 🤍

New blog post: GOODNESS

“However, the question remains: how do we anchor ourselves in this goodness when the “very good” of creation feels far from our current reality? It is in the tension of unmet expectations and difficult seasons that our understanding of goodness must shift from our circumstances to God’s unchanging character.”

Grace is on the blog today continuing in our Fruit of the Spirit study, diving into the truth of goodness shown in God’s character and how we as believers should reflect it.

God has a beautiful way of reminding us that He always keeps His promises.

Lately, our team has had the privilege of celebrating answered prayers and promises fulfilled, and it’s been such a sweet reminder that God’s timing is never rushed and His faithfulness never fails.

If you’re still waiting, don’t lose heart. The same God who fulfilled His promises then is still working now. Keep trusting. Keep praying. Keep believing.

“Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for He who promised is faithful.” — Hebrews 10:23 🤍

✨ Kindness isn’t meant to be an occasional act—it’s meant to be a way of life.

This week in our Fruit of the Spirit study, our guest writer, Grace VanderMeiden , shares what it looks like to clothe ourselves with kindness each day, reflecting the heart of Christ in the way we love, forgive, and serve others.

💛 “Be kind and compassionate to one another…” — Ephesians 4:32

Today we’re thankful for the freedom we celebrate as a nation—and even more grateful for the freedom we’ve been given through Christ.

As fireworks fill the sky and we gather with the people we love, may we remember that true freedom isn’t just something we inherit—it’s something Jesus secured for us through His life, death, and resurrection.

Happy Fourth of July! 🇺🇸❤️ May we be people who use our freedom to love well, serve boldly, and point others to the hope found in Him.

“It is for freedom that Christ has set us free.” — Galatians 5:1
