Today, we celebrate a woman whose life and voice continue to inspire a generation of young leaders, women, entrepreneurs, and dreamers across Cameroon and beyond.
Today, we celebrate Lornarica Nguetussi
Popularly known by many as “Miss L,” Lornarica Nguetussi is more than a public speaker.
She is a movement of purpose, resilience, leadership, and transformation.
As a business consultant, entrepreneur, women’s advocate, teen educator, current president of Cameroon National Speakers Association (CANASA), minister of God, and founder of initiatives empowering women and young people, she represents the new face of African leadership rooted in impact and service.
In a continent where many women are still fighting to find their voice, Lornarica has chosen not only to rise, but to help others rise with her.
That is rare leadership.
Her journey reminds us that influence is not about noise.
It is about purpose.
It is about consistency.
It is about showing up repeatedly for people, even when the road is not easy.
From mentoring young people to speaking on stages, building businesses, coaching women, and inspiring faith and confidence in others, she continues to prove that one voice can truly create transformation.
What makes her story powerful is that she represents something Africa desperately needs today:
Women who are not waiting for permission to lead.
Women who are building.
Women who are speaking.
Women who are mentoring.
Women who are creating opportunities for others.
And in many ways, Lornarica Nguetussi has become a symbol of possibility for many young girls who once doubted themselves.
Today, we do not celebrate perfection.
We celebrate courage.
We celebrate the courage to continue believing.
The courage to keep serving.
The courage to keep building.
The courage to use your voice for impact.
The future of Africa will not only be shaped by politicians or billionaires.
It will also be shaped by communicators, educators, speakers, and purpose-driven leaders like Lornarica Nguetussi.
Keep shining.
Keep speaking.
Keep leading.
The world is listening.
