Today, we shine the spotlight on Ndansi Gwansonduna Raymond

A voice of confidence. A builder of courage. A man committed to helping people fight fear and discover the power of communication.

In a world where many people remain silent because of self doubt, Raymond has chosen a different path: Helping people speak. Helping people believe again. Helping people stand before crowds with confidence and clarity.

Public speaking is not merely about talking. It is about transformation.

Every time a young person overcomes fear to speak publicly… Every time someone gains confidence to present their ideas… Every time a voice once hidden begins to inspire others…

A life changes.

That is the kind of work Raymond represents.

A speaker, Trainer, an MC, father, husband and more.

Cameroon needs more communicators. Africa needs more confident voices. And the world needs more people willing to train others to rise beyond fear.

To everyone building quietly behind the scenes: Never underestimate the impact of helping one person find their voice.

Today we celebrate resilience. We celebrate communication. We celebrate growth. We celebrate Ndansi Gwansonduna Raymond.

Today, we shine the spotlight on a young man whose journey represents discipline, growth, humility, and the power of consistent self-development.

Pro Mil is not just a public speaking trainer.

He is a symbol of what happens when preparation meets purpose.

From growing through the ranks at the Texas Institute of Public Speaking to becoming a trainer, manager, coach, and now building his own platform, Milton’s story is proof that greatness is not built overnight. It is built in silence, in discipline, in sacrifice, and in the decision to keep showing up when nobody is clapping.

Many people see confident speakers on stage.

What they do not see are the nights of self doubt… the hours of practice… the fear conquered privately before the microphone is conquered publicly.

Milton Vernyuy represents a new generation of African communicators who are not waiting for permission to lead conversations, shape minds, and influence communities.

An Author, speaker, Trainer and Coach.

His growth reminds us of something powerful:

A microphone can change a life. One voice can open doors education never could. One message can inspire a generation to believe again.

At the Texas Institute of Public Speaking, we are proud to see leaders like Milton rising and becoming proof that when people are trained, mentored, and challenged correctly, they can become forces of transformation in their communities.

Today, we celebrate your resilience. We celebrate your growth. We celebrate your courage to keep speaking.

The world is listening. And your voice still has greater rooms to enter.

Keep rising, Milton Vernyuy.

There is something powerful about a woman who has found her voice.

Not just a voice to speak…
but a voice to inspire, influence, uplift, and lead.

Today, we proudly celebrate Britney Fonki a rising force whose journey continues to inspire many young people to believe in the power of confidence, communication, and personal growth.

An Author, Founder, Speaker, Podcast Host, Leader and more.

Britney represents a new generation of African voices refusing to stay hidden.

Through consistency, courage, leadership, and a passion for growth, she is gradually becoming a voice people listen to, respect, and remember.

In a world where many talented people remain silent because of fear, self doubt, or lack of opportunity, Britney chose growth.

She chose visibility.
She chose impact.
She chose to develop her voice.

And that decision is opening doors.

At the Texas Institute of Public Speaking and across the Tolkz movement, this is exactly what we believe:

One transformed voice can transform thousands of lives.

The future belongs to people who can communicate ideas clearly, connect emotionally with people, and lead conversations that matter.

Britney Fonki is a beautiful reminder that greatness does not begin when the world notices you.

It begins the moment you decide not to hide your voice anymore.

Keep rising Britney.
The world is listening.

Today, we celebrate a woman whose life and voice continue to inspire a generation of young leaders, women, entrepreneurs, and dreamers across Cameroon and beyond.

Today, we celebrate Lornarica Nguetussi

Popularly known by many as “Miss L,” Lornarica Nguetussi is more than a public speaker.
She is a movement of purpose, resilience, leadership, and transformation.

As a business consultant, entrepreneur, women’s advocate, teen educator, current president of Cameroon National Speakers Association (CANASA), minister of God, and founder of initiatives empowering women and young people, she represents the new face of African leadership rooted in impact and service.

In a continent where many women are still fighting to find their voice, Lornarica has chosen not only to rise, but to help others rise with her.

That is rare leadership.

Her journey reminds us that influence is not about noise.
It is about purpose.
It is about consistency.
It is about showing up repeatedly for people, even when the road is not easy.

From mentoring young people to speaking on stages, building businesses, coaching women, and inspiring faith and confidence in others, she continues to prove that one voice can truly create transformation.

What makes her story powerful is that she represents something Africa desperately needs today:

Women who are not waiting for permission to lead.

Women who are building.
Women who are speaking.
Women who are mentoring.
Women who are creating opportunities for others.

And in many ways, Lornarica Nguetussi has become a symbol of possibility for many young girls who once doubted themselves.

Today, we do not celebrate perfection.
We celebrate courage.

We celebrate the courage to continue believing.
The courage to keep serving.
The courage to keep building.
The courage to use your voice for impact.

The future of Africa will not only be shaped by politicians or billionaires.

It will also be shaped by communicators, educators, speakers, and purpose-driven leaders like Lornarica Nguetussi.

Keep shining.
Keep speaking.
Keep leading.
The world is listening.

While many young people are losing hope…
while fear, confusion, and frustration silently consume a generation…

Some leaders are still choosing to build people.

One of them is Randy King

From Bamenda, through the Unique Coaching Institute, Randy has continued using his voice, time, and energy to raise confident young communicators and emerging leaders even in difficult times.

And honestly…
that deserves to be celebrated.

Because leadership is not only about speaking on big stages.

Sometimes leadership is staying committed to helping others grow when your environment itself is fighting survival.

I have watched Randy’s consistency over the years.

Not noise.
Not empty motivation.
Not chasing attention on social media.

But genuine commitment to people.

Through coaching sessions, mentorship programs, trainings, and speaker development initiatives, he is helping many young people discover confidence, communication skills, leadership capacity, and belief in themselves again.

That matters.

Especially in a generation where many talented young people are silently battling fear, low self-esteem, identity crisis, and uncertainty about the future.

What inspires me most is that Randy did not wait for perfect conditions before deciding to impact lives.

He started building with what he had.
Where he was.
And with the people around him.

That is true leadership.

Cameroon needs more builders of people.

More mentors.
More communicators.
More voices that heal, inspire, and elevate others.

At the Texas Institute of Public Speaking, Tolkz, and CANASA, this is the movement we believe in.

Not just creating famous speakers.

But raising transformational voices capable of rebuilding communities, restoring hope, and shaping the future of Africa.

Kimbi Randy King is part of that generation.

And I strongly believe the world will hear more about him.

Cameroon has voices the world has not heard yet.

Book Randy King today for your keynote, Corporate Training.

Tag a young leader, coach, or speaker in Cameroon who deserves to be celebrated.
