Marinate the Chicken: • Start with a whole chicken cut into pieces. • In a large bowl, combine sweet tea, buttermilk, hot sauce, and Uncle Dibbz Top of the Line Brine. Stir until the brine dissolves. • Submerge the chicken in the marinade and let it sit for at least 4 hours (overnight for the best results). 2. Prepare the Seasoned Flour: • In a mixing bowl, combine self-rising flour, Uncle Dibbz King Creole Blend, and Uncle Dibbz Delta Dust. Mix well. 3. How to make old school smothered turkey wings 🦃

1. Pat the turkey wings dry, rub with oil, and season all over with Durtty Bird Rub.
2. Brown the wings in a large pot until they get deep color, then set them aside.
3. Cook the onion, celery, and garlic in the same pot until softened.
