Hereâs the mindf*ck of the mental loadâŚ.
Your husband can genuinely do a LOT⌠and you can still feel like everything depends on you.
Both things can be true.
Because the question isnât only: âWho is doing the task?â
Itâs also: âWho is responsible for making sure the task happens in the first place?â
> Who noticed it?
> Who remembered it?
> Who figured out what needed to happen?
> Who delegated it?
> Whoâs mentally checking whether it got done?
Because if the task leaves your plate but all THAT stays in your brainâŚthe task moved. The responsibility didnât.
And THATâS why âhe helps a lotâ doesnât always translate into your brain feeling lighter.
Girlfriend, you donât need to become the worldâs most efficient delegator.
You need entire areas of family life that you are no longer responsible for managing.
Thatâs the shift from helping â shared ownership.
Not perfect 50/50. Not keeping score.
Just two adults who both know what they own + carry the responsibility that comes with it.
âĄď¸ Thatâs exactly what I teach inside the Partnership Blueprint. Because the goal isnât simply a husband who does more. Itâs a partnership where YOU are responsible for less.
