I hope everyone has the opportunity to work with someone like Kyona Rivera, MMJ!

From golf cart rides, hectic live shots, state fair shenanigans, matching with our pink polos, and every laugh in between she’s made my time at KMOT truly amazing!

While I say goodbye to her today, as she heads on to new things, I can’t help but feel grateful for her guidance, conversations, and for being more than a co-worker, but a friend.

Kyona, I know where ever you go, you’ll shine and truly make an impact around you. Thank you, for the past two years! 💗

🏊‍♀️ Summer starts now! Our reporters Lindsey Miller and Kyona Rivera are at Roosevelt Park Pool as it opens for the season, welcoming swimmers back after it closed last summer for safety reasons tied to the flood protection project.
