A quick trip to 865. 🍊

Outside of business, I was able to make a few rounds… and as always, I left grateful.

Life is beautiful. And it starts with people.

Three words stayed with me from this trip: Create. Cultivate. Compete.

Create the future you want to see.
Whether through business, mentoring, or simply showing up for someone. We all have the ability to build something meaningful.

Cultivate the relationships you’ve been blessed with.
You won’t be perfect. None of us are. But do your best, with gratitude.

Compete in all that you do.
Because seasons change. In life. In sports. In business.

And the other “C”… Claritin.
Because goodness gracious… that pollen in 865 wasn’t playing. 😖

Grateful for the people, the conversations, and the perspective.
Always good to be back in a place that pours into you. 🍊

So much to celebrate in fitness.
All glory to God.

Shout out to for putting on a spectacular event.

A few months ago, my brother said, “Let’s smash HYROX MIA.”
We jumped straight into the Pro Doubles heat!

255 lbs & 230 lbs, not often you see two lions hunting with the energy we come with! 🦁 🦁

1:06 was strong.
But what excites me most is knowing that was just our first spin together.
There’s another level waiting…

Grateful for the journey.
Grateful for the wellness.
Grateful for the community of incredible people pushing each other to grow.

Here’s to building, improving, and showing up… again and again. 💪🏾

It doesn’t matter where I am.

When someone asks where I’m from…
It’s Palm Beach every time.

If you know football, you know Palm Beach different on the gridiron.
No matter what school you came from, that name carried pride, toughness, and respect.

To now be recognized alongside some of the best athletes across all sports from Palm Beach County is something I don’t take lightly.

I was blessed with the greatest God fearing role models.
My Dad. & older brother!


And incredible coaches who poured into me along the way:
Head Coach Looney (Dolphins),
Head Coach Mike (Riviera Beach Sharks),
and the greatest coach I’ve ever had, Coach Jack Daniels at Dwyer.

Receiving this honor made me reflect on the journey.

The wins.
The lessons.
The people who believed in me.

And if there’s one thing I hope people remember about me…
it’s that I was a GREAT TEAMMATE.

Today I turn 33.

Life feels like it’s moving faster than ever. Days turn into weeks. Weeks into months. And it’s made me more aware of how I’m spending my time and who I’m spending it with.

This past year brought real joy and some really hard moments. What I’ve committed to is being grateful for all of it. The ups, the downs, and everything in between. Because none of it lasts forever.

It’s been okay to grieve. And it’s also been okay to pause and say, “Wow… I’m really here.”

I’m grateful for my wife, my teammate, and the life we’re building together. Grateful for experiences that opened my eyes and reminded me to be present.

As I step into this next year, I’m focused on impact, maturity, happiness, and legacy. On building with intention. On showing up for my family, my work, and the people I’m called to serve.

Grateful for the journey. 🧡
