تعلمت يكون عندي ذكاء عاطفي من المواقف الصعبة اللي مريت فيها وتعبتني نفسيًا. هاي التجارب خلتني أفهم مشاعري أكتر وأعرف أميّز بينها بدل ما أكبّت كل شي جواي. صرت أتحكّم بردّات فعلي وأفكّر قبل ما أتصرف، وتعلّمت إنو مو كل شي لازم أرد عليه.

كمان تعلّمت أتعاطف مع غيري وأفهم مشاعرهم بدون أحكام، والأهم تعلّمت أحط حدود وأحمي نفسي. التعب علّمني كيف أكون أهدى وأوعى، وهيك حسّيت إنو الذكاء العاطفي إجا من التجارب مو من السهولة.

I learned emotional intelligence through the difficult situations I went through that emotionally exhausted me. These experiences helped me understand my feelings better, control my reactions, and realize that not everything needs a response. I also learned empathy and how to set healthy boundaries to protect my emotional well being.
