Data people. Let me pick your brains, guys.

Imagine this scenario. You've been tasked with creating an ai agent that can analyze hundreds of company policies you have, each policy has to be up-to-date according to a set of specific standards, Currently, the policies contain procedure also, and we don't want that, so the agent must analyze all policies, recommend where we need to update or change according to the standards, and remove procedure from policy. The policies are organized by departments. There is a spreadsheet that lists out the policy by name, associated staff, relevant dept code, etc.. The standards will be given with a link.

We just want to feed it the policies we have, it will compare those to the data in the links(?idk this is where I get stumped), and provide feedback. Ideally, it could rewrite company policy and procedure.

How do you do this? What next steps should I take. I need advice and tips from people smarter than me. I have zero friends irl and am running into a wall looking online for advice because I second guess everything and have never done this before. I'd even appreciate stories about projects like this you've worked on and what DIDN'T work for you so I know what to avoid.
