Sharpen The Sword🦾
With both mine and Coach Jon Hall schedules always being crazy, there are days one of us can’t be there. Today was one of those and our guys stepped in and kept everything right where it needs to be. No hesitation, no excuses, just ownership and consistency.
Big appreciation to 251Hoopz for the collaboration and continued support. Partnerships like this matter, they help push the level higher and create better environments for the kids every time we connect.
Shoutout to Coach Chandler, Brad Chancey, and Talyn for helping Jon hold it down. That’s what leadership looks like in real time. Responding, adjusting, and getting the work done without waiting for direction.
Everything we’re doing is about more than basketball. It’s about building discipline, consistency, and accountability, teaching young athletes how to operate the right way whether the spotlight is on them or not.
Proud of the standard today. This is bigger than basketball, and it’s how something real gets built.
