One year can change so much. ❤️

Looking back through these photos and video clips reminds me that growth doesn’t happen overnight—it happens one choice, one day, and one step at a time. This past year has been filled with healing, learning, showing up consistently, and stepping outside my comfort zone… including beginning my TikTok creator journey!

Some days you just have to turn the music up and DANCE. 💃✨
Today I’m celebrating something I never thought I’d say… I’m wearing size 8 jeans. 🥹❤️
For the first time in my adult life, I’m in single digits. It’s not just about the jeans—it’s about the energy, the confidence, the freedom, and the healthy choices that brought me here.
Every step, every choice, every “keep going” moment mattered.
So if you’ve been waiting for a sign to celebrate your own progress… this is it. Dance anyway. Celebrate anyway. Be proud anyway.
I’m feeling AMAZING… and today, that joy deserves a happy dance! 🩷🎉

Some people will misunderstand you. Some will doubt you. Some may even try to dim your light.

But here’s what I’ve learned: your light isn’t theirs to control.

This journey has never been about proving anyone wrong. It’s been about becoming healthier, stronger, more confident, and more at peace—one choice at a time. Every challenge has refined me instead of defining me.
