There comes a point where you realize...you can’t keep doing it the old way.

For me, that’s why this matters.

I’m honored to be hosting and curating the speakers for Let’s Glow this September in Pittsburgh - a space for women who are ready to stop shrinking, release the pressure of expectations, and lead from a more embodied, authentic place.

I would truly love to experience this with you.

If something in you is ready for more...come sit in this room with us.

Today, my body asked me to slow down.

Not the polite little whisper either…
The kind that comes through a scratchy throat, heavy limbs, and the knowing that pushing through isn’t the answer. 🤧

So today I rested.

And in the quiet of that rest, I found myself holding space for a friend who just lost his mother. This fresh grief and personal reflection has a way of opening doors inside of you… doors you didn’t even realize were still closed.

It stirred something in me.

The grief of losing my own mother.
Grief, I realize now I never fully let move through my body.

The old version of me would have pushed right past this.

I would have kept the schedule.
Showed up strong.
Powered through the day.
Checked the boxes.

But the woman I am now knows something different.

She knows that healing doesn’t come from pushing past the body.
It comes from listening to it.

So today I’m letting the grief move.
Letting the illness move.
Letting the emotions move.

Resting. Breathing. Renewing.

This is what embodiment actually looks like.

Not perfection.
Not performance.
Not meeting everyone else’s expectations.

But honoring what your body and spirit need in this moment.

Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is pause…and allow ourselves to feel what’s real.

Today I rest. Today I listen. Today I renew.

And I snuggled and shared my 'medicine' with Mabel, my little grey kitten. It is known that a cat's purr is the frequency needed to heal humans. And for this, I am grateful for Mabel's warmth, companionship, and frequency

What would it look like for you to truly listen to your body today?

Not every room is meant to hold you.

Some rooms make you feel like you need to perform.

Some rooms make you armor up.

And then there are rooms that let you be real.

Love Leader Live was one of those rare spaces where embodied leadership and wealth strategy wasn’t just talked about—it was felt.

Every speaker brought depth, presence, and real lived wisdom.

And the women in the room? Powerful, grounded, and doing the work.

I learned more than I expected in a single weekend.
But more than that, I left with new connections and a deeper sense of what’s possible when women gather with intention.

This is why I’m so intentional about the rooms I say yes to.

And that's why I’m creating one of my own 'rooms' this September in Pittsburgh.

What if you were never meant to be chosen…
but meant to choose yourself first?

To honor your growth.
To stand in your truth.
To stop making yourself smaller so others don’t have to face their own work.

You don’t have to contort yourself to be understood by people who aren’t doing their own healing.
You get to stay whole. 🤍

Deep embodiment isn’t about being soft or passive.
It’s about being rooted, regulated, and present in your body.

When a woman lives in her body, she trusts herself more.
She moves with clarity.
She speaks with truth.
She leads without needing to perform or prove.

Embodiment deepens our femininity — not as something fragile, but as something powerful.
It reconnects us to intuition, boundaries, creativity, and grounded strength.
From that place, leadership becomes less about force and more about presence.

This is how we lead sustainably.
This is how we stay powerful without burning out.

Feel the pulse of this Lunar New Year as we move with the Spirit of the Horse.

Let freedom echo through your body, and let each stride carry strength and grace.

This year is a dance of courage, a journey where we embody leadership through every heartfelt action. Together, we’ll ride this year with embodied presence, joyful connection, and unwavering momentum. Let’s move forward, fully alive!

Fear isn’t a sign to stop.
It’s often a sign you’re standing at the edge of your next becoming.

Fear pulls you out of action.
Action pulls you out of fear.

You don’t have to feel ready.
You just have to take the next small, honest step.
Momentum changes the nervous system. Movement creates safety.

What’s one tiny action you can take today?

I’ve been sitting with this idea for a while… and it finally feels ready to come to life. 🤍

This fall, I’m creating something called Let’s Glow — a two-day Women’s Embodied Leadership Summit. And before you roll your eyes at the word “leadership,” hear me out. This isn’t about hustle, titles, or being louder in the room. It’s about remembering who you are, coming back into your body, and leading your life from a place that actually feels true to you.

Day one is about igniting your inner glow — slowing down, reconnecting with yourself, and gently peeling back the layers that have dimmed your light over the years.

Day two is about rising into your visible glow — owning your voice, your presence, and the version of you that’s ready to be seen without shrinking.

I’m also hosting a small VIP gathering the night before with dinner, conversation, and real connection — because some of the most meaningful moments happen when we’re just human together, not performing or “networking.”

This event is really for the women who are tired of holding it all together quietly. For the ones who are evolving, unbecoming old versions of themselves, and craving depth, embodiment, and sisterhood instead of surface-level inspiration.

If this speaks to you — even a little — I’d love to have you in the room with me. And if you know a woman who could use a soft place to land and a powerful place to rise, feel free to share this with her too.

Sisterhood isn’t just about friendship — it’s about regulation, safety, and belonging.
It’s about being in rooms where you don’t have to armor up.
Where your nervous system can soften.
Where your growth is celebrated, not competed with.

Embodied leadership means we don’t lead alone.
We lead in relationship.
We cheer each other on. We speak each other’s names in rooms of opportunity. We remind each other who we are when we forget.

We can live like islands — isolated, self-protecting, doing it all alone.
Or we can become a continent — connected, powerful, impossible to ignore.

I choose the continent. Who’s building with me? 🤍
